FSiix Resources sources and trades premium-grade copper ingots produced from electrowon (EW) cathodes, refined through medium-frequency induction melting and cast on vertical continuous casting lines — a route that delivers oxygen-free, mirror-finish ingots with consistent crystalline structure and dimensional accuracy. Drawing on audited, conflict-free supply from Zimbabwe and India, our ingots are produced under an LME Grade A compliant quality regime at a minimum of 99.97% Cu, backed by full mill certification for electronics, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, and construction alloy manufacturers.
FSiix's copper ingot programme is built on advanced metallurgical processing, converting electrowon (EW) cathodes into 99.97%+ purity ingots optimised for high-performance industrial use. Electrowinning technology combined with precision casting delivers ingots that meet global standards for conductivity, mechanical strength, and environmental compliance.
Copper's unmatched electrical conductivity, thermal resistance, and ductility make it the backbone of modern infrastructure. Sourced from electrowon cathodes and refined using induction furnaces, FSiix's copper ingots are engineered for critical applications in electronics, energy, and advanced manufacturing — produced under an LME Grade A compliant regime and delivered from Zimbabwe and India, backed by audited conflict-free sourcing.
FSiix's copper ingot network runs under Industry 4.0 automation and real-time quality monitoring, from cathode electrowinning through to the finished, export-ready ingot.
High-purity copper cathodes are produced via electrowinning (EW) from a purified copper sulfate electrolyte solution. Electrical current causes pure copper to deposit on stainless steel blanks; cathodes are stripped, washed, and inspected to form the premium feedstock for ingot production at 99.97–99.99% Cu.
Cathodes are charged into 10-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces operating at 1,100–1,150°C, ensuring uniform heating with minimal oxidation. An argon degassing lance purges dissolved gases, eliminating porosity and maximising mechanical strength in the final ingot.
Molten copper is cast on vertical continuous casting machines through water-cooled copper moulds, producing a uniform crystalline structure and mirror finish. Every batch undergoes XRF spectrometry, dimensional verification, and weight certification to ±5% per ingot before mill certificates are issued.
FSiix's copper ingots serve the world's most demanding sectors — anywhere electrical performance, thermal management, or structural integrity cannot be compromised.
Rigorous EW refining combined with argon degassing ensures a minimum of 99.97% Cu content in every ingot, consistently meeting LME Grade A registration requirements.
Vertical continuous casting produces ingots with superior mechanical properties, uniform grain structure, and mirror-finish surfaces, reducing downstream processing requirements for customers.
All cathode feedstock is sourced from audited, conflict-free suppliers across Zimbabwe and India, with full chain-of-custody documentation provided with every shipment for ESG compliance.
The global refined copper market is expanding rapidly, driven by electrification, grid upgrades, EV adoption, and the accelerating renewable energy transition — with the market forecast to grow by an estimated $8.32B between 2023 and 2028 at a 5.82% CAGR.
Copper ingot pricing moves with LME copper spot references on a daily basis, and volume-based discounts apply above bulk order thresholds, so we don't publish a static reference price here — anything printed on a page would likely be stale within days.
